How do I reserve beach gear?
What delivery options are available?
We offer convenient delivery services directly to your beach location at 9am on first day of your rental period.
How do I return my rentals?
Our team will return to collect all equipment by 7 pm on the last day of the rental period. Rental Equipment must be cleaned off and placed at the drop-off location before 7 pm on the last day of the rental period.
Payments and Cancellations
- Credit cards currently accepted: American Express, Mastercard, Visa
- Delivery & Collection Fee of $14.95 (round trip) on all delivered orders.
- Same-day cancellation: full charge for Day 1 of rental period.
- Additional fees will be applied if equipment is missing, damaged or dirty
Are there any cancellation fees?
Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with our flexible cancellation policy which allows you to cancel your reservation free of charge within 24 hours of your rental period’s start date.
* Orders that are cancelled within 24 hours of the rental start date will incur a $9.99 cancellation fee.
